   I am somewhat bored of the regular system of representing clients, doing all of the legal work, and billing them for every minute of my time. I still do this, but just for the cases where the people need/want this style of representation and can afford it. In any case, I charge reasonable fees for someone with my experience. I have a low overhead because my office is not in an expensive downtown SF location and I can pass the cost savings on to you.

    I prefer to help people complete their legal paperwork and only go to court for the court hearings where a lawyer is really needed. Some people call this "Limited Scope Representation." In Family Law/Divorce, most of the outcomes are determined by the paperwork, rather than legal argument at hearings. The Family Law Judge/Commissioners who will make the decision in your case like to see high-qualty paperwork. Divorce/Family law is very complex, so a good lawyer can make your paperwork high-quality and you will stand a better chance of getting a good result.

    Some court hearings in Family Law are really boring l and you really don't need a lawyer. If you want/need to, you can handle the routine Status Conferences/Case Management Conferences/Case Classification Conferences and I will handle the court hearings where an attorney is really needed. Of course, I will prepare you for any hearing that I will not be at.

    If we end up doing business together, I do most of my work by email/web with payment by PayPal. . If you need to meet me at my office, I do evenings and Weekend appointments, as well as the traditional M-F 9-5. Thanks!!
